Just Few Hours to Go for the IPL 2014

The 2014 season of the Indian Premier League, abridged as IPL 7 or Pepsi IPL 2014, will be the seventh season of the IPL. The Mumbai Indians will be the protecting champions, having won the 2013 season in the wake of overcoming Chennai Super Kings in the last. There will be eight groups this season, one fewer than 2013 after the withdrawal of the Pune Warriors India.

A piece of this season will be held outside India after Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde prevented the procurement from securing security the association requested as it might go against the 2014 general election. The competition will be together facilitated by India and the United Arab Emirates. The opening 20 matches will be held in the UAE at three separate stadiums in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah with the competition coming back to India on 2 May.

The players closeout occurred on 12 and 13 February 2014. Not at all like past seasons, the closeout was in Indian Rupees instead of United States dollars.

Facilitating

On 14 February, Sanjay Patel, who is the BCCI secretary, told the media after the IPL administering chamber meeting: "The extent that this would be possible our investment is to hold the IPL in India. At that point, presumably, South Africa is the favored venue at the moment."[citation needed] The starting a piece of the season will be held outside India, to abstain from adding to the existing security requests for the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections. South Africa, Bangladesh and UAE were at first shortlisted as elective venues.the BCCI living up to expectations board's gathering on 28 February chose that an official choice might be taken once the timetable for the general decision was advertised as the BCCI needed to have whatever number matches as could be allowed facilitated in India because of weight from the patrons.

On 2 March 2014, it was accounted for that Sri Lanka, which was under fourth attention for facilitating the matches, has been discounted because of prospect of downpours in the nation throughout the period. On 5 March 2014, when the dates for general decisions were proclaimed, IPL administrator Ranjib Biswal expressed that 60–70 percent of the competition might be held in India. Likewise, South Africa as an interchange venue has adequately been discounted since they needed to have the whole competition, leaving chances open for UAE and Bangladesh.

On 12 March 2014, it was advertised that the competition might start on 16 April and no less than 16 matches will be played in United Arab Emirates work 30 April. From the first to 12 May, BCCI has approached the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India looking for authorization to play IPL matches in India in urban communities where the surveying has closed in the particular state. On the off chance that it is not conceivable to play in India throughout this period, IPL matches will be held in Bangladesh. All matches after 12 May, which is a day ago of surveying for the races, will be played in India. No matches will be played on 16 May, provided for it is the day for tallying of votes for the general decision. The last will be played on 1 June 2014
